Medical Marijuana Patient Sues Wal-Mart Over Drug-Test Firing

The American Civil Liberties Union is suing Wal-Mart on behalf of a man with terminal
brain cancer who says he was fired for testing positive on a drug test even though he is approved for medical marijuana, the Michigan Messenger reports.
