“Yesterday, Ian J. Kohn, 28, of Charlestown Township, waived his preliminary hearing on charges that include homicide and endangering the welfare of a child. He is accused of giving his toddler son a lethal cocktail of methadone and Ambien in March. Kohn said he crushed the pills with a cigarette lighter and sometimes mixed them into Gatorade, the criminal complaint said.”
