Lessons Learned in Teens’ Heroin Abuse

“The school was at the center of an alleged heroin ring that led to the death of several people, including 19-year-old Alicia Lannes. The former Westfield student overdosed on the drug last year. Sixteen people, some Westfield high school students at the time, were convicted. The ring was a wake up call about drug use in Fairfax County to many people.”
