Overdose deaths spark call for action

“Regardless of laws aimed at preventing overdoses, the spread of pain clinics is making it increasingly easy for addicts such as Bartolucci to score drugs in Palm Beach County, authorities said. “We all need to wake up. It’s killing our youth,” said Bartolucci’s grieving mother, Gina. “It’s too late for Joe, but it’s not going to be too late for kids in the future.”
