Former Oakland Raiders quarterback JaMarcus Russell was arrested Monday at his home in Mobile, Ala., for possession of a controlled substance. The arrest for possession of codeine syrup came as part of an undercover investigation, Mobile County Sheriff Office spokeswoman Lori Myles told the (Mobile) Press-Register.
