Lawmakers wage war on fake marijuana, cocaine

CHARLESTON — Advancing to a new and ever-changing front in the war on drugs, lawmakers agreed Wednesday to outlaw fake marijuana and cocaine, while arming the Board of Pharmacy with more power to deal with any new synthetic drugs.
