Shocking mugshots show destruction of drug abuse

Substance abuse will change your life in ways you never imagined. That’s the simple message the Multnomah County, Oregon Sheriff’s Office wants to deliver with its new program “From Mugs to Drugs.”

The agency produced a video documentary along with a photo gallery of jail mug shots that, in very graphic fashion, show the stunning and devastating effects of substance abuse.
